TONY LENART

Apologies. This website is almost as old as dinosaurs. In the last few years I've been focusing on other things that I felt were more important than having a beautiful website. But it is definitely time for an overhaul... which I will be doing in the next few months. In the meantime, the best overview of my work can be found on my youtube channel. - Tony Lenart (1st August 2017)

Tony Lenart is one of the world's leading trainers in the field of Transformational Leadership. He has trained 6 Presidential Candidates, helped one person become Vice President (of D.R. Congo), 10 people to become government ministers, 5 to become multi-millionaires, and he's helped end two wars. He's also helped many companies to make millions of dollars more profit through transforming the attitudes, thinking and approach of staff.

The video below is a 20 minute interview with Tony Lenart - on the Sinan Talk Show (affectionately known by some Ugandans as the Ugandan Oprah Show) - looking at how to create true leadership. (It includes brief appearances by the Defence Minister, the President of the Democratic Party & two other Presidential Candidates, and the head of Uganda's leading Business School; as well as file footage from UTV News, and Indian Television.)
